Setting up your seller account
Before you can publish your first listing you will need to complete a one-time identity verification with Stripe, our payment provider. This is required by Stripe as part of their regulated financial services obligations and takes approximately 5 minutes. When prompted, select Individual as your account type and United Kingdom as your country. If automatic verification fails, Stripe will ask you to upload a photo of your passport or driving licence — this is normal and takes 2 minutes. You only complete this process once. After that, listing and selling is completely free and straightforward.
