4. Fill in your listing details — occasion, size, condition, fabric, colour, embroidery colour, original price, and any alterations
5. Set your asking price — minimum £10
6. Publish — your listing goes live immediately
7. When a buyer purchases, payment is held securely by Stripe
8. Dispatch within 3 business days with tracked delivery and add the tracking number
9. Once the buyer confirms receipt or 72 hours pass without a dispute, your payment is released.

1. Browse by category or use the filters — search by occasion, size, fabric, colour, and embroidery colour
2. Click on a listing to see full details, photos, and the seller's profile
3. Message the seller directly if you have any questions
4. Click 'Buy now' — you pay the item price plus a 7.5% buyer protection fee
5. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — your card details are never shared with the seller
6. The seller dispatches within 3 business days with tracked delivery
7. When your item arrives, you have 72 hours to raise any issues
8. If no issues are raised, the transaction completes and the seller receives payment
