Seller Steps
- Create your free account — takes 2 minutes
- Click 'Add listing' and choose your category: Women's Bridal, Women's Guest & Occasion Wear, Men's Occasion Wear, or Children's Occasion Wear
- Upload clear photos — at least 4 images showing the full garment, embroidery detail, and label
- Fill in your listing details — occasion, size, condition, fabric, colour, embroidery colour, original price, and any alterations
- Set your asking price — minimum £10
- Publish — your listing goes live immediately
- When a buyer purchases, payment is held securely by Stripe
- Dispatch within 3 business days with tracked delivery and add the tracking number
- Once the buyer confirms receipt or 72 hours pass without a dispute, your payment is released.

- Message the seller directly if you have any questions
- Click 'Buy now' — you pay the item price plus a 7.5% buyer protection fee
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe — your card details are never shared with the seller
- The seller dispatches within 3 business days with tracked delivery
- When your item arrives, you have 72 hours to raise any issues
- If no issues are raised, the transaction completes and the seller receives payment
