The following items are never permitted on Culture Closet under any circumstances:

• Counterfeit, replica, or fake items — including fake designer labels or brands
• Stolen goods
• Items whose sale is illegal under UK law
• Items that are not cultural, traditional, or modest occasion wear (non-compliant items will be removed without notice)

Condition Requirements

Items must not be listed if they have:

• Significant undisclosed damage — tears, stains, missing embellishments, broken zips
• Strong odours that have not been disclosed
• Pest damage

Minor wear consistent with the stated condition is acceptable provided it is disclosed in the listing description and photographed clearly.
